Eligibility
The program is open to residents of Washington County. Those seeking clothing assistance will be asked to provide a valid photo ID upon check-in and complete a client assessment form. They must also show proof of their low income, unemployment status, or be referred by another community organization.
Job Search / First Impression
The tough economy is affecting many people across our region. Now more than ever, people in our communities are looking to step back into the workforce to earn additional income in order to support their families and avoid financial disaster. Others are in transition after being laid off because of the country’s economic downtown. This class will show participants how to maximize their outward appearance for job interviews.
Volunteering Opportunity
Do you have the gift of hospitality? Do you enjoy meeting new people and making them feel welcome? Do you have some data entry skills? Maybe you have a servant’s heart and don’t know where to serve? Treasia Gibson- Executive Director
Brings great pride to be called a Maryland resident for more than a decade. I have served the community for over 10 years in many walks of life, including an outreach leader at Crystal's Closet Outreach Ministries to provide support to bring confidence in workplace and dress for success.
I get great joy in bringing forces together, work as a team, support and manage resources to achieve results that allow individuals to succeed in their careers.
My mission is to create an environment for success where everyone is respected, is given opportunities and chances to improve their lives. I look forward to support organizations who provide that capacity.
I have been apart of Draped With Confidence since 2018 and truly believe that it is a place where one's live can transform.
